Advantages of BIOTAL plants

3. The plant is completely automated and it does not demand the constant attendants. Management of process of clearing is performed by program module Mitsubishi (Japan) which allows to optimize process of purification from the point of view of power inputs and a resource of technique, in particular, it provides consecutive automatic switching of the plant into the first, second and third economic operating modes, at absence the inflow of sewage accordingly 1, 24 and 168 hours, and per the forced mode – at receipt of sewage in the quantity exceeding settlement. On the display of the controller the actual condition of work of the plant is displayed, what phase of sewage treatment is carried out with the plant at present time, what units work, and in what mode system (economic, normal or forced) functions. The alarm system is provided at:

- Switching-off of the electric power;

- Getting out of order of any of units;

- Filling of the reception chamber with rough rubbish.

4. The possibility of the remote control from the central controller's office.

5. The machine for export of products of clearing is not required.

6. As a result of process of clearing systems produce two final products, suitable for direct use appear:

- Technical water, suitable for secondary use;

- Perfect organic fertillizer in the form of the stabilized and dehydrated surplus active sludge.

7. The technology of clearing is developed in such a manner that during sewage processing there is no allocation of methane and hydrogen sulphide owing to what the unpleasant smell is absent at all stages of processing of sewage, which allows to place systems in immediate proximity to the object.

8. At the electric power switching-off the plant in the first day forces cleared water out from the volume. After thet it works as a multistage sediment bowl, providing sewage treatment from fats and superficial pollutants – main “enemies” of drainage systems. System passes in a normal operating mode when the power supply is renewed.

9. Due to features of technological process the plant maintains the inflow of water with the raised concentration of chemical substances (manganese, chlorine, etc.), used for clearing the potable water that allows to use plants BIOTAL in hi-tech systems of water supply and the sewerage.

10. The accumulating volume, thet can accept the volley inflow of sewage is made by the controlled airlifts. This allows to avoid getting the uncleared sewage away from the plant at volley inflows. This provides meeting the strictest requirements for small sewage water treatment plants.

11. The plant is made of polypropylene which is not active chemically, doesn't undergo corrosion, does not pass moisture, and has small dimensions and small weight that allows avoiding significant expenses for building works.

12. All elements of the plant which in due course can demand repair, are demountable so at repair there is no necessity to stop the work of system or to pump out water from it.

13. During adjustment and starting the plant into operation a channel of sewage through it is not required which allows avoiding dump of the uncleared sewage into a water intake during adjustment.

14. There is a possibility of cascade connection of the plants BIOTAL if one needs to clear more sewage.

15. Owing to new technical decisions, high reliability and durability of components the plant works for a long time and is stable with small power inputs, providing qualitative sewage treatment.
